What does a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet mean for you personally?

For you that may mean choosing a 100% vegan* diet as recommended by Dr. Greger and many other health researchers, or maybe just cutting out dairy, eggs, pork and factory farmed meat and fish (along with gluten, soy, corn, canola, vinegar and nutritional yeast) as recommended by Anthony William, the Medical Medium. Whatever you choose, I’m here to help you find the ideal balance for your own health and well being.

* I will be using the word “vegan” more loosely than many people do, just because it is shorter than writing “whole foods plant-based diet.” Just assume the two terms mean the same thing for the purposes of this website. The official definition of vegan means a lifestyle that doesn’t allow use of any animal products (including wool, white sugar, honey, feathers, leather, etc.). That is all well and good, but many vegans live on a very unhealthy diet. On this website the focus is on keeping you healthy AND preventing harm to animals.

We do use honey on the Medical Medium protocols, but of course you don’t have to if you want to be strictly vegan. If you do choose to eat honey, make sure it is organic and humanely harvested from cultivated crops, rather than wildflowers which are important food sources for our struggling native pollinators.

I’ve spent five decades gathering the information on this website. Some of it is hot off the press from scientific journals, and even new to me. More information will be added as I discover it. I’m sharing it all here as a public service, because –

  • I am very concerned about the looming health crisis in America and around the world. My hope is that this information will support you and your family in your quest for excellent health.
  • I am also deeply concerned with the welfare of animals
  • And with safeguarding the future of our environment and preventing future pandemics.

I can’t think of a better way to do all three than by helping people learn about the benefits of eating whole plant foods.

America is getting sicker, but YOU don’t have to!

I am shocked by recent health statistics in America. More and more children, are falling victim to heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes than ever before, and most of it could easily be prevented. Never before have so many adults and children been overweight and riddled with chronic disease.

Degenerative disease rates are skyrocketing – mostly because of the standard American diet (SAD). These rising heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, obesity, Alzheimer’s, hypertension, Parkinson’s, stroke, and depression rates are mainly due to poor nutrition and environmental toxins.

If you and your loved ones are still eating the typical American diet, you are putting yourself at much higher risk for disease and early death. I want to prevent that heartbreak if I can, by giving you the information and support you need to make healthier choices for yourself and your family.

I won’t bore you with all those scary health statistics here. You can easily find them with a quick Internet search. My point is that you can make different choices today that will make you virtually heart attack and diabetes proof! In fact, you can also dramatically lower your chances of getting cancer, stroke, Alzheimer’s, and most other degenerative diseases.

My goal is to provide you with all the information you need for the healthiest life possible!

Where Science and Spirit Agree

The information I share in these pages is based on:

  • the latest scientific studies – and there are plenty!
  • what I’ve learned from Anthony William, The Medical Medium

What? A medical medium? That may sound very “woo woo” to you. If that turns you off, just pay attention to the many scientific studies presented by Dr. Greger and other researchers. However, I have personally found that following the Medical Medium advice has been the single most important factor in improving my own health. And many thousands of others would agree. I don’t argue with what works!

The Medical Medium information comes from Anthony William and a being he calls “Spirit” – a non-physical entity that has been talking in his ear nonstop since he was 4 years old. It tells him the health status of everyone he meets and how they can heal themselves (whether he wants to hear it or not). I highly recommend reading his books and listening to his podcasts.

I also love the scientific studies. But science has not yet discovered everything there is to know about health and nutrition. That’s why I like to look beyond science. The good news is that there is a lot of overlap between what Dr. Greger and other plant-based science researchers share and what Anthony William shares, so we don’t have to choose between them.

How Can I Assist Your Transition to Health through a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet?

They will lead you through the information in logical order. If you don’t find what you need, let me know and I will do what I can to help you out.

Eat Plants - Wellness & Vitality CoachI have been studying nutrition pretty intensively since the 1960s, so I know how it feels to be bombarded with conflicting and confusing information, and even outright lies. There is a LOT of misinformation out there, usually funded by special interest groups, and some of it is even promoted by misguided government agencies.

Unfounded information led me to make some big mistakes along the way. Now that I have finally found the science-based facts I need to stay healthy, I would love to help you avoid the mistakes I made.

As a law of attraction coach and EFT (Tapping) practitioner for many years, I have had lots of practice in coaching and counseling. I completed a Naturopath degree from Herbal Healer Academy in 2009 with a focus on nutrition. For over a decade, I cooked vegetarian meals for retreat centers, and I also worked in the supplement departments of several natural food stores.

That means I have plenty of experience in the natural health field. Health and nutrition have been major interests throughout my life. So I know I have something to offer that will make your plant-based journey more effortless, healthy, and fun.
